        redesigning trader’s deposit flow at Finex, an Indonesian product, to reduce the churn rate.
The current deposit methods cannot effectively handle this task: there are problems with some methods and usability issues. Product owner and I started redesign user flow by adding new deposit methods, removing inefficient ones to improve user experience and reduce churn rate.

Accessible and user-friendly
                Based on UX audit and reviews, I created UI elements to help choose the option that best meets users' needs and prevent from abandoning the process.
 
        Optimizing deposit flow
                By implementing progressive disclosure, clear error messages, I minimized user effort and made the deposit process more intuitive.
